LFS Marine Supplies is Sitka's largest marine supply and chandlery, three blocks from downtown on Katlian Street. It is a one-stop shop for the commercial and recreational fleet: marine hardware and parts, commercial fishing gear, cordage and netting, recreational boating supplies, fishing tackle and licenses, plus foul-weather gear, workwear, and footwear. Formerly Murray Pacific Supply of Alaska, the store was acquired by LFS Inc. (a Bellingham, WA marine-supply group) in August 2015 and operates year-round under the LFS banner.
