Hi WalkTheDock Support Team,

I’m trying to create a listing to sell my 1988 Kadey Krogen 42, but I’m running into issues when uploading photos. I can fill out all the details of the listing just fine, but when I get to the image upload section, things start breaking down.

Here’s what’s happening:

• When I select images (JPG files, around 2–4MB each), the upload bar starts but never completes.

• A couple of times, I got an error message that just said “Upload failed,” but no other explanation.

• On one attempt, the images appeared to upload, but after saving the listing, none of them showed up on the preview or live post.

I’ve tried this on both Chrome and Safari, and even resized a few images smaller to see if that helped—no luck. My internet connection is stable, so I don’t think that’s the issue.

At the moment, I can’t publish the listing properly without photos, which obviously makes it tough to move forward.

Could you take a look or let me know if there’s a known issue or specific requirements I might be missing (file size limits, formats, etc.)?
