Explore Anchorages, Marinas, Voyages and Members in Baranof West Coast

The Pacific-facing coast of Baranof Island — fjords cutting deep into the granite, hot springs at the head of more than one of them, and almost no other boats. Warm Springs Bay has a public dock, a hot spring inside the trees, and a waterfall thundering past the boardwalk. Red Bluff Bay is a wide protected anchorage with a salmon stream where brown bears fish in late summer. The cruising here is committed; weather can pin you down for days. The boats that make Warm Springs Bay tend to stay longer than they planned.
