Explore Anchorages, Marinas, Voyages and Members in British Columbia — South

The first taste of foreign cruising for most Pacific Northwest boaters — Canadian customs at Sidney or Bedwell Harbour, currency swap, and you’re in a different country with the same protected water. Southern BC takes you from the Gulf Islands through the Strait of Georgia and up into Desolation Sound, with a side trip to Victoria thrown in for many boats. The marina culture is friendlier and the cruising guides get serious here. Most cruisers find their favorite anchorage somewhere in this stretch and never quite stop thinking about it.
